A.L.U. Corporation & NIMA, a Real Estate & Mortgage Brokerage Company are inviting professional development course providers across the United States to join ALU's Professional Development Institute division in offering exceptionally high-quality live and online professional development seminars and courses in pre-licensing, post-licensing, exam prep and continuing education in all areas & across the United States of America.
State-approved professional development course providers across the country are invited to join ALU's PDI in this endeavor.
The following is a brief explanation of our current programs:
I. Mortgage Training & Continuing Education Program:
ALU's mortgage program (Mortgage Institute) offers Professional Development Courses and Seminars for Mortgage Brokers, Loan Officers, Loan Processors and Underwriters through associate providers that are approved by their respective boards or regulatory commissions.
II. Real Estate Brokerage Training & Continuing Education Program:
ALU's Real Estate Program offers Pre-Licensing and Continuing Education Classes for Real Estate Salespersons and Brokers through associate providers that are approved by their respective real estate boards or commissions.
III. Real Estate Appraisal Training & Continuing Education Program:
ALU's associates that are approved to offer such courses by their respective real estate appraisal boards or commissions offer our Pre-Licensing and Continuing Education Classes for Real Estate Appraisers.
